You will receive a Refund Confirmation email from us once we have approved your return. We send your refund on the day we approved of the refund. Once we send it, it would be on the way and your payment provider will have the most up-to-date information about when refunds will arrive. The processing time for the amount to be reflected in your bank account will vary according to the processing time of your bank.
If after 10 working days if you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank and our Customer Care team and we will assist you with it.
