Most refunds will arrive within 4 working days from the day you receive a Refund Confirmation email from us. However, it depends on the payment method and regions.
We send your refund on the day we approved of the refund. Once we send it, it would be on the way and your payment provider will have the most up-to-date information about when refunds will arrive.
If after 10 working days if you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank and our Customer Service team and we will assist you with it.
