Returning is easy and fast but keep in mind that we will only accept and refund the product if it is still in the original condition. The product would need to meet our return conditions as follows:
- Be exchanged within 28 days of your delivery date (online orders) / purchase date (instore purchases)
- be in its original condition
- be unused
- have all its original tags attached
- be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in (no packing tape on the sneaker (brand) box allowed)
The above applies to purchases carried out by legal or natural person acting for purposes which are outside trade, business, craft or profession. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
No returns are allowed on products won in the raffle.
For Online Purchases:
You may choose to return your products by courier or head over to any of your nearest Foot Locker store. In both cases, you will have to do so in the same country where the order was purchased.
By courier
Email our Customer Care Team at returns@footlocker.sg for eligibility assessment. Our team will get back to you on what to do next. Do note that until Foot Locker has received your parcel, it will be your responsibility.
- Subject header of the email to indicate it is for the return of a Foot Locker product
- Your name
- Your contact number
- The address to pick up from (per your original delivery address)
Your pickup address will be the same as stated on your order and it needs to be accessible to the courier. There should be someone to hand over the parcel at the time of your collection.
By Store:
You may take the item(s) you wish to return to any Foot Locker store in original condition, along with the order transaction to show our store staff. Our staff there will be more than willing to assist you with your refund. Our friendly Stripers in-store will assess your returns and approve it if it meets the return requirements. The processing time for the refund to be reflected in your bank will vary according to the processing time of your bank.

For In-store Purchases:
As we would need to have your signature when refunding an item for all instore purchases, you would need to head over to your nearest Foot Locker store in person.
You may take the item(s) you wish to return to any Foot Locker store along with the original receipt. We cannot process a refund without the receipt. Our staff there will be more than willing to assist you with your refund.
For payments made via debit/ credit card, you will be refunded via the original payment method.
For payments made via cash and gift card, you will receive your refund in a form of a gift card with the same refund value.
