I just placed an order. Will I still receive it?
Yes, your order won't be affected. To track your order, simply click on the track and trace number that you can find in the Shipping Confirmation email. Alternatively, go to the track and trace section of the Korea Post, and fill in your track and trace number, which you can find in the Shipping Confirmation email.
The tracking says my order was delivered but I never received it.
Please check with the members of your household to see if one of them received the package for you. If you still can't locate it, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Can I still return my order?
The usual return policy applies; you have 28 days from the date of delivery (online order)/ date of purchase (in-store purchase) to return your items in-store.

I still have a Foot Locker gift card. Can I still use it?
Yes, as long as there is a Foot Locker store in Korea still open, you may redeem it in the respective country the gift card was bought from. Find your nearest available store here.
