When you return an item, we are committed to refund you the purchase price as soon as possible!
Returns via Courier
Please allow 2 weeks for us to assess and process your return once we have received your item(s) at our warehouse. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
The refund will include the cost of the returned goods, and, in case of a full return (when you return all items belonging to the same purchase), also the (outbound) shipping charges. If you return only part of the items belonging to the same purchase, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will credit the refund to your original payment method. Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary, as it depends on your bank’s processing time.
Returns via Store
The refund for items returned in-store will be credited to the card used to place the original order. You will be required to show our friendly Striper in-store your online Tax Invoice and the original card* used for the purchase before a refund can be processed. Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary, as it depends on your bank’s processing time.
*The card's last four digits will need to match the digits on the receipt. For payments made using mobile payment (i.e. Apple Pay), you will need to show the Device Account Number found on the mobile payment info page for our Stripers to verify it is the original payment method used for the purchase.
For payments made via debit/ credit card, you will be refunded via the original payment method.
For payments made via cash, you will receive your refund in cash for the same refund value.
For payments made using gift cards, you will receive your refund in a form of a gift card with the same refund value.
How long do I have to wait for my refund?
You will receive a Refund Confirmation email from us once we have approved your return. We send your refund on the day we approved of the refund. Once we send it, it would be on the way and your payment provider will have the most up-to-date information about when refunds will arrive. Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary, as it depends on your bank’s processing time.
If you still have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank and our Customer Care team and we will assist you with it.
I recently returned my order but I haven't received my refund yet.
Although we try to process all returns as fast as possible, please allow 5 – 10 working days for us to assess and process your return once we have received your item(s) at our warehouse. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
When a parcel arrives back, a dedicated team unboxes and examines each product for signs of usage or damage – which is the reason why we ask you to fill out the return form with the appropriate reason for the return and recommend contacting our Customer Care team with any issues with your order. Your refund is triggered once we have confirmed that you returned the item(s) in the same condition as you had received them.
