When will you dispatch my order?
We want you to get your new purchase as soon as possible! That’s why we start preparing your orders as soon as we have processed an authorization hold for your order. If an item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will try to source it from one of our other Foot Locker stores and dispatch it from there. In that case, the processing and delivery time of the order may be slightly delayed.
If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it on the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order in few ways.
1. Through the Shipping Confirmation email
Click on the track and trace number link which can be found in the email.
2. Through your Foot Locker account
Log-in to your account, go to "My Account" and click on the "Orders" section to check your order details and shipping status.
3. Through the courier's website
Go to https://service.epost.go.kr/iservice/usr/trace/usrtrc001k01.jsp and input your tracking number which can be found in the Shipping Confirmation email.

I didn't receive my tracking number. How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email once we send out your order. This will usually take up to 5 calendar days after placing the order. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders in your email account as sometimes the email may end up here.
If you have not received the email within this time frame and are still not able to find it, you may contact our Customer Care team for tracking information.
