When you return an item, we are committed to refund you the purchase price as soon as possible!
Please allow 5 – 10 working days for us to assess and process your return once we have received your item(s) at our warehouse. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
The refund will include the cost of the returned goods, and, in case of a full return (when you return all items belonging to the same purchase), also the (outbound) shipping charges. If you return only part of the items belonging to the same purchase, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will credit the refund to your original payment method and the processing time for the refund to appear in your account will vary according to the processing time of your bank.
The refund for items returned in-store will be credited to the card used to place the original order. You will be required to show our friendly Striper in-store your online Tax Invoice before a refund can be processed.
