Delivery services in Hong Kong have resumed except for some designated buildings.
Buildings in designated areas are:
- Central and Western District
- Eastern District
- Lai Chi Kok
- Tai Kok Tsui
- Prince Edward
- Kwai Chung
- Tsing Yi
- Ma on Shan
- Sai Kung
- Yuen Long
- Tuen Mun
- Discovery Bay
Should your delivery address be part of the affected areas, your only option will be the self-pick-up option at SF Stores.
What happens once I place my order?
My address is not part of the affected areas
- Our delivery provider, SF Express, will deliver your order to the shipping address you have keyed in when placing your order. No further action is needed on your end.
My address is in the list of affected areas
- Our delivery provider, SF Express, will send you a notification for you to choose the desired SF Store you would like to pick up your parcel from.
- You may learn more about the real-time status of your order from the "Tracking" function on the SFHK's official website and SFHK App.
Please expect delays in receiving your orders due to the current epidemic that has affected the operation of delivery.
