Competition Terms and Conditions – Game of Skill Customer Satisfaction Survey
Taking part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey is your chance to let us know about your purchase experience and with your creative answer can qualify for one of the Foot Locker gift cards!
The rules:
- By participating in the game of skill, you agree to the applicability of these rules.
- You must complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey and participate with the game of skill within 14 days after your purchase with Foot Locker.
- Participants must only register in their own name. Any entries of a participant who is deemed by Foot Locker to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the sole discretion of the Foot Locker, be deemed invalid.
- Foot Locker may require participants to promptly provide identification including (without limitation) proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency (to the Foot Locker’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the participant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter, participate and claim a prize.
- After each calendar month, Foot Locker will judge all valid entries individually (in its sole discretion). All valid entries will be judged based on creativity and/or correctness of the answers given.
- Each month, Foot Locker provide for the following prices: 1 Foot Locker Gift Card (HK$1550 / MOP$1550)
- Chance plays no part in determining any winners of this game of skill. Each valid entry will be individually judged by Foot Locker based on the judging criteria. The prize/s will be awarded to the valid entrant or entrants (as applicable) which best meet the judging criteria, as determined by the judges. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Foot Locker is responsible for paying taxes, if applicable.
- If any Prize is not claimed by the stated ultimate claim date, Foot Locker reserves the right to award the relevant prize/s to the next best valid entry or entries (as applicable) which meet the judging criteria, as determined by the judges.
- The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract with you in order to process your participation in the game of skill. Lack of provision of the required personal data means that you cannot participate to the game of skills. Foot Locker shall only transfer or grant access to your personal data to affiliated companies and/or third parties to the extent that this is necessary for the executing of this game of skill. - Any information you submit as part of the game of skill will be used in accordance with Foot Locker’s Privacy Statement. Except where expressly denied, the Foot Locker’s is entitled to display and circulate the winners’ name on social media account, in internal newsletter and on Instagram, as well as reposting winners’ social media accounts.
- Foot Locker has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
- Foot Locker will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss (including, without limitation, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this game of skill or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- In the event that the operation, security, or administration of this game of skill is impaired in any way, Foot Locker may, in its sole discretion, suspend the game of skill to address the impairment and then resume the game of skill.
- You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the game of skill or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the competent court located in the country in which the initial purchase has been made.
- If a participant is unable to or refuses or fails to take part in any element of this game of skill or a participant or entry is deemed not to comply with these terms, that participant’s entry to the game of skill will be invalid.
