We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at Foot Locker. If you're not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you can return them to us within 28 days.
However, before we allow any returns, the product would need to meet our return conditions as follows, product will need to:
- Be exchanged within 28 days of your delivery date (online orders) / purchase date (in store purchases)
- be in its original condition
- be unused
- have all its original tags attached
- be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in
The above applies to purchases carried out by legal or natural person acting for purposes which are outside trade, business, craft or profession. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
No returns are allowed on YEEZY products.
For Online purchases:
You may choose to return your products by heading over to any of your nearest Foot Locker store or by courier which will be chargeable to you. In both cases, you will have to do so in the same country where the order was purchased.
By courier
Email our Customer Service Team at returns@footlocker.sg for eligibility assessment. Our Team will get back to you on what to do next. Please be advised that the cost of sending the item(s) back to Foot Locker will be chargeable to you. Do note that until Foot Locker received your parcel, it will be your responsibility.
We request you to provide the following 5 pieces of information in your email to help us facilitate the return.
- Subject header of email: Return of Foot Locker Product
- Your order number
- Number of item(s) to return
- Item returning SKU
- Reason for return
Your pickup address will be the same as stated on your order and it needs to be accessible to the courier. There should be someone to hand over the parcel at the time of your collection.
To prepare for our carrier company’s arrival for the returns, do fill in the return form and place it in the carton box, sealing everything up for our carrier to pick it up. Our courier will refuse collection if items are not sealed upon collection.
Refunds will be processed within the next 14 days to your original payment mode after we have received your returns for assessment. If returned item(s) does not fit the return conditions, item(s) will be courier back to you and the return courier will be chargeable to you.
By store
You may take the item(s) you wish to return to any Foot Locker store in original condition, along with the order transaction to show our store staff. Our staff there will be more than willing to assist you with your refund. Refunds will be processed within the next 14 days (max) to your original payment mode after we assessed your returns and it meet the return requirements.

For Instore purchases:
As we would need to have your signature when refunding an item for all instore purchases, you would need to head over to your nearest Foot Locker store in person.
You may take the item(s) you wish to return to any Foot Locker store along with the original receipt. We cannot process a refund without the receipt. Our staff there will be more than willing to assist you with your refund. You will receive your refund in the form of a gift card for the same value.
