Although we’d love to help, our pre-paid return labels cannot be used abroad.
If you are no longer in the country of delivery, you have two options:
- You can ship the item back to the country of delivery at your own expense then use the return label to have it delivered from there to us for free.
- You can ship the item directly to our return address at your own expense (postal and/ or customs) using the address provided by the customer care team.
When using an alternative return method, we recommend you use a tracked service to prevent any loss during shipment, as we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from using alternative return methods.
