If you are no longer in the country of delivery, you can ship the item directly to our return address at your own expense (postal and/ or customs). You will need to provide a valid local address in the event that the assessment of the returns is unsuccessful, we will only return the item to a local address.
When using the postal return, we recommend you use a tracked service to prevent any loss during shipment, as we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from using postal return methods.
