If this has happened to you, we are really sorry! We put great care throughout our packing process to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, damage may occur while the shipment is in transit.
If the item you receive is wrong or defective, please notify our Customer Service team immediately within 2 days of receiving orders. Our team will then assess the item before offering you an appropriate solution. If our team deemed the item to be a manufacturing fault, you may then use the return form and return label to send the item back to us and we will process a refund for you.
The above applies in case of production flaws or other issues caused by the producer or the retailer, but it is not applicable in case of damage caused by the customer after the purchase.
