We always strive to provide the best of quality in our products to meet the standards of our customers. However, we also understand that there may be chances of workmanship flaws.
If you believe that there are some defects with the product you purchased with us, and you have the receipt or transaction details, you may simply head down to any Foot Locker store or contact our Customer Care team, for other exceptions, to raise a Manufacturing Fault Claim and for an assessment of the product. This would be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The above applies in case of production flaws or other issues caused by the producer or the retailer, but it is not applicable in case of damage caused by the customer after the purchase.
Please note that after assessment from store your purchase outcome may be accepted or rejected.
