We understand that you might have a change of mind after your purchase or you may have gotten the wrong size when purchasing. Therefore, if you would like to get something else instead, we do also provide exchange services.
However, before we proceed with the exchange the item you would like to exchange would need to meet our exchange conditions as follows, product needs to:
- Be exchanged within 28 days of your delivery date (online orders) / purchase date (instore purchases)
- be in its original condition
- be unused
- have all its original tags attached
- be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in
The above applies to purchases carried out by legal or natural person acting for purposes which are outside trade, business, craft or profession. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
For Instore Purchases:
You may proceed to your nearby store to do an exchange by bringing the product and original receipt along. Our store staff will be able to assist you with the exchange for an item more than or equals to the exchanging item price. A top up will be required if exchanged item cost more.
In case you have received a defective, damaged, or wrong item sent, we are here to help! Please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the order for further assistance.
For Online purchases:
You may proceed to your nearby store to do an exchange only for a different size (no exchanges for colour or for another product) by bringing the product and order transaction email along. Our store staff will be more than willing to assist you with the exchange for an item more than or equals to the exchanging item price.
If you don’t wish to visit our stores, you can place a new order and send the item(s) back following our Return Policy. We will then issue a refund for your first order after assessment. This is because our warehouse is not set up for exchanges, so please remember that if you send the item back, it will be automatically processed as a return and this will be assessed according to our refund process. Do note that until Foot Locker received your parcel, it will be your responsibility. You may refer to our return policy here.
No exchanges are allowed on YEEZY products.
