Fancy a different colour? Size does not fit as expected? No problem.
You have 28 days from the delivery to exchange items bought online in one of our stores (as long as we have your desired product in stock). Just take the product and printed original receipt into your local Foot Locker and the in-store staff can help you out. The merchandise has to be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging included.
If you don’t wish to visit our stores, you can place a new order and send the items back following our Return Policy; we will then issue a refund for your first order. This is because our warehouse is not set up for exchanges: so please remember that if you send the item back, it will be automatically processed as a return.
