We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at Foot Locker. If you're not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you can return them to us free of charge!
However, before we allow any returns, the product would need to meet our return conditions as follows, product will need to:
- Be exchanged within 28 days of your delivery date (online orders) / purchase date (in store purchases)
- be in its original condition
- be unused
- have all its original tags attached
- be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in (no packing tape on the sneaker (brand) box allowed)
The above applies to purchases carried out by legal or natural person acting for purposes which are outside trade, business, craft or profession. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
No returns are allowed on YEEZY products.
For Online purchases:
You may choose to return your products by courier or head over to any of your nearest Foot Locker store. In both cases, you will have to do so in the same country where the order was purchased.
By courier
Email our Courier Courier (Aramex) at SINCustomerService@aramex.com to arrange for a Returns pickup from your original delivery address.
We request you to provide the below 4 pieces of information in your email to help us arrange the collection.
- Subject header of email to indicate it is for the return of Foot Locker product
- Your name
- Your contact number
- The address to pick up from (per your original delivery address)
Pickups will be planned next day between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday & 9am to 1pm Saturday. Your pickup address needs to be accessible to the courier and there will need to be someone there to hand over the parcel at the time of your collection.
To prepare for our carrier company’s arrival for the returns, do stick the returns Tracking Number Label form inside your parcel on to the cardboard box and fill in the returns form and place it in the carton box, sealing everything up for our carrier to pick it up. Our courier will refuse collection if items are not sealed upon collection.
We also ask that you cross out the original shipping label (with your house address) on the carton box so as to prevent any confusion on our end.
Refunds will be processed within the next 14 days (max) to your original payment mode after we assessed your returns and it meet the return requirements.
By walk in to store
You may take the item(s) you wish to return to any Foot Locker store in original condition, along with the order transaction to show our store staff. Our staff there will be more than willing to assist you with your refund. Refunds will be processed within the next 14 days (max) to your original payment mode after we assessed your returns and it meet the return requirements.

For Instore purchases:
As we would need to have your signature when refunding an item for all instore purchases, you would need to head over to your nearest Foot Locker store in person.
You may take the item(s) you wish to return to any Foot Locker store along with the original receipt. We cannot process a refund without the receipt. Our staff there will be more than willing to assist you with your refund. You will receive your refund in the form of a gift card for the same value.
