Your complete satisfaction is important to Foot Locker! If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you may return them completely free of charge, within 28 calendar days after delivery.
For your convenience, you can choose to return your products by courier or at any Foot Locker store. In both cases, you have to do so in the same country where the order was shipped.
To allow for your return to be processed correctly, please make sure the merchandise is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging included. You would need to bring along the printed original receipt in order to process the return. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned after the 28 days period or that are not in the same condition you received them in.
The above applies to purchases carried out by legal or natural person acting for purposes which are outside trade, business, craft or profession.

If our return label is not used, we will refund neither the postage/customs fees nor any theft or loss during transport. We recommend in any case that you to opt for a tracked service.
Just take the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest store along with the order invoice. Our staff will be happy to assist you. The refund for items returned in a store will be made in the same form of payment when you made the purchase, so if you have purchased the item via your credit card, you will need to bring along the same credit card for processing. Do also remember to bring along the original printed receipt in order for the return to be processed. We cannot process a refund without the receipt. To help avoid any issues, we recommend returning your item(s) during the afternoon hours when there is already enough cash in the store’s register to process your refund if your purchase was made in cash.
