We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at Foot Locker. If you're not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you can return them to us free of charge! You can return your products via mail or in-store.
To meet our return conditions, your must:
- return your product as outlined below within 28 days of your delivery date
- in its original condition
- has all its original tags attached
- in its original packaging in the condition you received it in
We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
Additionally, if you send back sneakers with packing tape/returns label on the sneaker (brand) box, your return will not be accepted. Your returns have to be sealed with the returns label on top of the parcel for handover to the courier. We ask that you cross out the original shipping label (when it was sent to you) & indicate the returns label back to our warehouse accordingly. Our courier will refuse collection if items are not sealed upon collection.
For your convenience, you can choose to return your products by courier or at any Foot Locker store. In both cases, you have to do so in the same country where the order was shipped.
The above applies to purchases carried out by legal or natural person acting for purposes which are outside trade, business, craft or profession.
Email our Courier (Aramex) at SINCustomerService@aramex.com to arrange for a Returns pickup from your original delivery address.
We request you to provide below 5 pieces of information in your email to help us arrange the collection
- Subject header of email to indicate it is for the return of Foot Locker product
- Your name
- Your contact number
- The address to pick up from (per your original delivery address)
- The 11-digit Tracking number shown on top left corner of the pre-printed returns shipping label which can be found inside your parcel
Pickups will be planned next day between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday & 9am to 1pm Saturday and you will also receive an SMS/ email on the morning of your collection. Your pickup address needs to be accessible to the courier and there will need to be someone there to hand over the parcel at the time of your collection.
If our return label is not used, we will refund neither the postage/customs fees nor any theft or loss during transport. We recommend in any case that you to opt for a tracked service.
Just take the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest store along with the order invoice. Our staff will be happy to assist you. For store purchases, you will receive your refund in the form of a gift card for the same value or an exchange. For online purchases, you will receive your refund via your original mode of payment. Do also remember to bring along the original printed receipt in order for the return to be processed. We cannot process a refund without the receipt.
