Our couriers will generally make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order to the address which you have indicated upon placing your order.
If you are not available to receive the parcel at the second delivery attempt, it will be returned to Foot Locker and refunded. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to arrange a new delivery at that point, but you are always welcome to place a new order.
