As the situation is constantly evolving, we will attempt and update you as soon as we get any information. In the meantime, we hope that we can answer some of your questions below...
Which stores are closed?
Foot Locker has closed all Malaysian stores in compliance with the Movement Control Order (MCO), we await further instructions from the authorities on when stores are able to resume operations.
What are the safety measures in place for stores that are still open?
Stores in Singapore and Hong Kong remain open however we have implemented the following social distancing protocols in the interest of reducing community spread. The health and safety of our associates and customers is of utmost importance to us. We seek your kind understanding during this time.
• Contactless payment methods are preferred; however, we WILL continue to accept cash. ALL associates processing transactions practice frequent hand washing/sanitization. If associates processing transactions choose to wear gloves, we support this.
• We will also be displaying a door sign outlining social distancing protocols at the front of the store that you may refer to.
Are orders still being delivered?
Online orders are still being delivered. This is unchanged for now.
How do I return my item during COVID-19?
Our returns policy remains unchanged for Singapore and Hong Kong.
We can still arrange for returns pickup for Malaysia but do note that we are unable to process them due staffing limitations that's in place by the MCO. Your returns would be stored safely in our warehouse until stores are re-opened to process the returns. As such, we would encourage you to send in your returns only when stores are open so that we can process them quickly for you.
We will be extending the returns policy for Malaysia to 28 days after the stores reopen.
