What are the safety measures in place for stores?
Stores are open however we have implemented the following social distancing protocols in the interest of reducing community spread. The health and safety of our associates and customers is of utmost importance to us. We seek your kind understanding during this time.
• Contactless payment methods are preferred; however, we WILL continue to accept cash. ALL associates processing transactions practice frequent hand washing/sanitization. If associates processing transactions choose to wear gloves, we support this.
• We will also be displaying a door sign outlining social distancing protocols at the front of the store that you may refer to.
Are orders still being delivered?
Online orders are still being delivered! However, delays are to be expected due to an influx of orders along with delays caused by the current Covid-19 situation such as staffing arrangements in our warehouse to ensure the safety of our team and the increased pressure on couriers right now.

How do I return my item during COVID-19?
Our returns policy remains unchanged for Hong Kong.
We will be extending the returns policy for Singapore and Malaysia to 28 days after the stores reopen.
